If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Exceptions:
If your item is defective due to a manufacturing issue, damaged during shipping, or if you received the wrong product, we will gladly accept the exchange regardless of the item’s condition.

Provide Exchange Details:

Receive Return Address:
Our team will provide you with the correct return address based on your location.
Please note: The company’s headquarters address is not the return address. Always use the address provided by our customer service team.
Print & Attach Label:
Print the return shipping label we provide and attach it securely to the outside of your return package.
Ship the Package:
You may schedule a pickup with your local postal service or drop the package off at the nearest post office.
Send Tracking Number:
Please email your tracking number to our support team. Once the package is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement within 3 business days and notify you via email with a new tracking number.
