HOW DO I CLEAN AND CARE FOR MY FUR FELT HAT?

  • Store your felt hat upside down on its crown, on a clean surface or in a hat box to keep the brim from flattening out.
  • Remove dust and loose dirt with a soft brush, starting at the left side of the hat and brushing counter-clockwise.
  • Avoid exposing your hat to the heat from stoves, radiators, lamps, car windows and enclosed cars in the summer. The combination of the heat and perspiration will shrink the sweatband.
    If your hat gets wet, shake off the excess water, and turn down the “self-conforming” leather sweatband. This will allow the hat to dry naturally. While the hat is wet, don’t let the brim touch the surface and don’t place it near heat. Heat can reactivate the felting process and cause shrinkage.
  • To keep perspiration from penetrating the fur felt, occasionally turn down the leather sweatband so it can dry out. -Should your hat, (if it is light colored) become spotted with water or grease, you can clean it with a little baby talc or corn starch - not liquid cleanser, please!
  • To put on or remove your hat, hold the brim in front and back, handle the crown as little as possible.
  • Your hat will last a lifetime if you follow these important instructions.

  • Store your straw hat upside down on its crown, on a clean surface or in a hat box to keep the brim from flattening out
  • Use a mild soap solution such as woolite and water and a very soft brush. You can also try baby wipes. The hat needs to dry at room temperature.
  • Avoid exposing your hat to the heat from stoves, radiators, lamps, car windows and enclosed cars in the summer. The combination of the heat and perspiration will shrink the sweatband.
  • To put on or remove your hat, hold the brim in front and back, handle the crown as little as possible.
  • Your hat will last a lifetime while following these important instructions.

 

HOW DO I FIGURE OUT WHAT SIZE I WEAR?

To figure out what size you wear. You will need to find a cloth measuring tape. Measure the circumference of your head at the place where you would wear a hat. Take the measurement in inches and refer to the chart below. If you are in between two sizes, choose the bigger size. You can always pad a hat smaller.

How secure is my online order?
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information will not stored in our servers.

I have bought something but seen it at a different price on your website.
As an online business, we act much faster in adjusting our prices in response to trends, stock and demand from customers. It's our general view not to refund the difference.

How long do you take to despatch an order?

Typically, we require 3-7 business days to process and dispatch your order.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Shipping duration may vary between 10-20 business days, depending on the destination. Please note that certain remote areas may experience slightly longer shipping times, but rest assured, we will ensure timely delivery.


Do you guarantee delivery time?
Because the post office handles your shipment,we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.However,we will give you an idea of when the package will arrive.


What if my order delivery was delayed?
We definitely will deliver your order in time under normal circumstances. While, shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times.


How do I track my order?
We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually your tracking number will be updated 3-7 days after your order has been shipped.

Can I Cancel My Order?
Depending on your order status: 1. If you have ordered a custom-made product and it is already in production, the order cannot be cancelled. 2. If the order is already being processed and has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. please wait for the package to arrive, and you may either keep the package or contact us for a refund. Please do not refuse delivery, as undelivered packages will be destroyed by third-party logistics. If your order does not involve a custom-made hat that is currently in production, or has not been shipped, you can contact our customer service to cancel the order at support@chillychic.com.

Non-returnable items
We only accept returns for brand new products. If the hat you purchased is worn, damaged, or if the tag has been removed, we cannot accept the return. However, if the item was damaged during shipping, we can accept a return and provide a refund.
