Pay With Credit/Debit Card

We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express,Union Pay

When you pay with a credit or debit card, you need the name printed on the card, the card number, the month and year the card expires, and the 3-digit or 4-digit security code.
This information, along with the billing address for the credit card, must be entered during the purchase process.
We accept the credit/debit cards listed above.
Please note that Chillychic does not save your credit/debit card number or personal information entered into the payment fields when you make a payment. For questions regarding your transactions on your credit/debit card, please consult the bank that issued your credit/debit card.

Pay With Paypal

When you choose to pay for an order via PayPal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can log in with your PayPal username and password. If you do not have a PayPal account, or if you do not want to use your PayPal account, you may still pay via PayPal, by clicking on the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" option on the PayPal payment page, and you will be redirected to a secure page where you can first enter your email address and then enter your credit card information to complete your payment safely via PayPal.

2. Payment Security:

Your payment information is securely processed using industry-standard encryption technology. We do not store your credit card details on our website.

3. Payment Authorization:
When placing an order, please ensure that the billing information you provide matches the information on file with your payment method issuer. Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays or cancellation of your order.

4. Payment Confirmation:
Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and payment. Please keep this email for your records.

5. Payment Currency:
All prices on our website are listed in USD. Your final payment amount will be determined based on the exchange rate at the time of purchase if you are using a non-USD payment method.

6. Payment Disputes:
If you believe there has been an error in processing your payment, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. We will work to resolve any payment discrepancies promptly.

7. Payment Refunds:
Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after we receive your return package. The refund will be credited to your original payment account within 5 business days.

Note: product prices do not include shipping costs. When your order total is less than $69, you will need to pay a flat rate shipping fee of $9.99. No additional fees will be added at checkout, only the listed product price and any applicable shipping fees for orders that do not meet our free shipping policy. There are no taxes or other fees required.

When customers apply for product returns or exchanges, they are responsible for bearing the return shipping fees. However, no handling or restocking fees will be charged for returns, exchanges, or order cancellations.

Please note that all transactions will be processed in US Dollars (USD). If you are shopping from outside of the United States, please keep in mind that your bank may charge additional currency conversion fees.
