🕒 Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.


 Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Have all original tags attached and come in the original packaging.
  • Include proof of purchase (your order number).

Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or returned without authorization will not be accepted.


📦 How to Start a Return

    Email our customer support team at support@chillychic.com to request a return.
    We’ll provide you with the correct return address for your location.

  2. Download & Print Return Label
    Once approved, we’ll send you a downloadable return shipping label. Please print it and attach it securely to your parcel.

  3. Ship Your Return
    Use a trackable shipping service to send your package to the address provided by our support team.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • No restocking fee will be charged.
    • Keep your shipping receipt for reference.

💰 Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your return.
  • The funds will be credited to your original payment method within 5 business days after processing.

💲 Refund Amount

  • Orders without discounts or promotions will receive a full refund of the item price.
  • Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.
  • Orders purchased during sales or promotions may have adjusted refund amounts.
